Sometimes i wonder who came up with these classifications that one particular food is breakfast, not lunch!!! I can only classify them as snacks, mains, sides and desserts. May be one more section for beverages... Eat when you are hungry and enough to satisfy your hunger :D
  
Note: The measurements provided may not be exact. The key to getting the ratio right is knowing the intensity of the flavour in any ingredient, reduce the quantity if the flavour is too intense. One very gingery ginger can do the job of two not so gingery ginger... :)
