Ever since I started working.. I have been living a life hopping cities...in a way i love that... i get to experience so many places... but they are not short enough to live in a hostel nor long enough to set up a home...
So it has always been rented houses... Only the folks who have done this will know what I am talking about... I hate shifting!!! Especially if, all you get to take with you is 46kg :( :(
I especially hate to give away my utensils... I spend a good amount of time selecting them...and an equally good amount of time conditioning them to my way of cooking... only to give it away :( ...
Compared to my mom's kitchen i have a very limited collection... back home she had one pan exclusively for one kind of thing... like meen chatti (only for fish curry), appa chatti (only for making appam)...dosa kallu... (only for dosas)...
While thinking about all this i realized... there are so many of them... And I am beginning to forget most of them... So here's a picture blog trying to capture as many of them as possible...
